Nahlovsky has a passion and a vision is for creating efficiencies through automation and leveraging new technologies. ALAN PAJARI VP, Sr. Developer
Pajari’s detailed understanding of the technology and the commercial insurance industry comes from many years of hands on development experience. In fact, he has built management systems specifically related to premium audit three times at Nexus Insurance Solutions, Information Providers and ServCom Associates. In the early years of Nexus, Pajari is credited with building almost all of the company’s web based solutions.
Pajari’s role at Nexus is to manage its data feed, database and web development areas. When there is a deadline to meet, Pajari will find a way to get it done. He always does.
RODMAN ADAMS VP, Sr. Developer
After receiving his BA in Computer Science from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN in 1993, Rod Adams began his career with Profit Solutions, a startup company in the Contact Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation industry. Adams played a key role in system design and development until the company’s success sale in 2000. He remained in that industry until 2004 when left to development new systems in the long term care insurance industry.
In 2004, Adams joined Nation’s CareLink as lead developer on the complex, new system designed to link the company’s 250 employees and 1,500 remote nurses to a central management system. The experience of developing advanced data synchronization techniques and queue based workflows in this industry helped set the stage for his departure in 2009 to be one of the co-founders of Nexus Insurance Solutions.
Although experienced with many software development tools, Adams is an expert with Microsoft’s Visual Studio tools and related third party controls. His background ties in perfectly with the Nexus suite of products which are.net and asp.net applications written in C# over XML and SQL server data structures.
Adam’s primary role at Nexus is to manage its field solutions and its advanced data synchronization processes. Adam’s is credited with building the NEXUSAudit™ field application for premium audits and the data synchronization process to allow remote auditors to update their inventory to remain in synch with the management system. Adams’ is also credited with development of the Adobe Fillable Form reports and data extraction processes for loss control surveys. He also developed the mobile friendly website you are reading now.
NATE TYMESON CISSP CTO
Nate Tymeson has over fifteen years of experience in designing and building secure enterprise networks including corporate, Internet-facing, mobile, and extranet environments. He held roles with small, medium-sized, and Fortune 500 companies including technical support, network support, network architecture, network security, network manager and consultant. Tymeson’s most significant accomplishments include design of complex wide area interconnect strategies for multinational corporations, perimeter security design and implementations, network and security strategies for manufacturing environments, network quality of service implementations, and mobile network design. His work in information technology spans many industries including agriculture, retail, health care, recreation, insurance, travel, non-profit, and technology. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, (CISSP) and holds other industry-recognized certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and other vendor-neutral organizations.
Tymeson and Nahlovsky met while working at Long Term Care Group. Nahlovsky quickly learned that Tymeson was the person to turn to when clients wanted to discuss the details of the company’s network and information security issues.
Tymeson received his B.S. in business administration from Missouri State University with a major in computer information systems and his M.B.A. at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He also teaches IT infrastructure and compliance courses at the University of Minnesota.
